Re: why juice your fruits/veggies instead of eating them whole?

There are recipes that come with most juicers that tell you how to wisely use the pulp from the fruits and vegetables you juice. It's well worth the money to purchase a juicer and well worth your money to ALWAYS buy and juice fresh. Your body will thank you by being the best it can be! Compare it to putting the best oil, gas, tune ups in your car. It then gives its best back to you. Your body will do the same.

I normally juice 4 carrots and that gives me a glass full of juice. Pear juice is good. Apple juice is my least favorite, but that's just me. I drink it anyway. I find grapes are the most expensive this time of year. (in the US) But, beets, Watermelon (whole) etc are so good for you when juiced. Did you know cabbage juice will help ulcers? I could go on and on, but I am late for work.

Good luck and good health!
