Good for you!! When the Master-Cleanse carries you, it's the greatest! Don't hesitate to switch if your body calls for extra support. The one disadvantage--it IS work juicing, unless you happen to have a quality juice bar in your neighborhood and don't mind springing for fresh juice!
I make up a full days worth at a time, and store it air tight in the fridge. It all works out, but you do have to buy, prep and juice... daily... The good news is, YUMMMM! and juicing is every bit as cleansing in my experience, and the weight you lose is virtually the same unless you get carried away on the fruit juices (lots of calories). Total juice intake should be 3-6 cups, I tend to go about 4.
