Hello Somer! I'm used to reading your posts on the Master-Cleanse Forum. Which to you prefer/recommend: the Master-Cleanse or juice fasting and why? Your posts are always inspiring and motivational, and I relate to a lot of what you say, so your opinion counts for a lot when it comes to my fasting decisions.
