Oh, I guess I have very sensitive skin. Like, my face is "pink" (not in the healthy flush or glow way, but it looks like I have a slight sunburn) though the rest of my body's skin is normal coloured. Also, when I scratch my skin a little bit, it gets all puffy/inflamed and pink. My dermatologist told me simply to take antihistamines but that doesn't explain why I didn't have this all my life. It's a relatively recent thing, like in the past 5 years.
Sorta gave me the feeling that I'm toxic.
As for stools, if I'm eating enough fibre and drinking enough water it's never pencil-thin though I've had pencil-thin stools just because I was eating bad stuff :)
So now I have a stomach full of psyllium husk for nothing. LOL
