Is this also a good way for breaking a 7-day fast? I asked my mom to cook me some seaweed soup and I plan on having some brown rice with it (yum, and kimchee--we're Korean :) ) but I'm most concerned about my intestinal flora and perhaps the fruit and yogurt would be good?
But is that too much for the first day after? I'm not hungry but I miss all the good food that isn't juiceable!
