I am on day 5 of my second fast and would love to have some of the same answers. I started with two days of Water Fasting and then this is the third day of The Master Cleanse fast. I'd love to know if this is enough.
Also, I'd love any advice on how to continue to a longer fast. I am overweight and didn't want to stresss my body too much to start with. I began December 26th at 200lbs (I'm only 5'3") and I did a three day fast.
I broke the fast with all raw food for about two weeks and then kept my diet pretty clean until right before this fast. I turned 35 and my birthday celebration seemed to last for an entire week. So here I am at the end of my 5 day fast and I'm down to 177lbs.
