Day 3--Am I on the right track?
Well I'm on day 3 now and not feeling too bad at all. I think preparing for the fast by cutting out certain foods for a week was a good call (and came from advice I got on this forum last summer, so thank you!). I'm considering trying for 5 days this time, since I feel okay and am not obsessing too much over food. I've been drinking tons of water and natural juice, herbal tea, and wheat-grass powder, and
Sea Salt water in the mornings to "flush" my colon/bowels. Is this advisable? Am I doing anything wrong?
Now my question again is, how long is effective? Is 5 days enough? Reading these forums is good for inspiration and motivation. Thank you again!
