Sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner. Thanks for your help. I actually made out a very intricate 'diet plan' months ago but I've just never followed it. I'm guilty of having a sweet tooth and I take Chromium and Vanadium but it still doesn't seem to curb it (I hate Natural Factors. Perhaps I need a better brand?) I have a problem with getting extremely dizzy and faint if I don't eat every couple hours but often that's hard to do (I never have time to eat in the morning before work and I can't get up earlier because I have delayed sleep phase syndrome) so Sugar is a quick fix. It's also a way I deal with my Depression (I mean I don't overeat. I'm thin. But if I'm feeling extremely down one day, as compared to most days when I'm just 'down', I'll get a chocolate bar or something)
