i don't know what will help; i have Acne on my scalp too. A doctor told me to use a selsun blue or it's generic form of shampoo, but it hasn't helped me.
as long as you are taking Antibiotics , you MUST take probiotic supplements, such as acidophilius. You can find it in health food stores, in the coolers (it must be refridgerated). Antibiotics kill all of the bacteria in your body, including the helpful bacteria that support your digestive tract and your immune system.
Take more than suggested if you've been taking Antibiotics for 4 years.
