Mostly cleansing herbs for the liver. I used to do teas, but it was too hard to keep up with everyday.
Now, I take a tincture everyday with milk thistle seed, yellow dock, burdock, sarsparilla, echinacea, sarsparilla, oregon grape root and red clover blossoms.
My diet is great. I don't eat meat other than fish, stay away from processed foods, sodas, candy, etc. Don't eat a lot of dairy and take daily supplements.
