Unalena...you DO risk breakouts when you flush IF

you don't do an enema or get a colonic. This happened to me on my third flush. When toxins become trapped in the colon from a flush, they will get recirculated through the liver. I got terrible breakouts from my third flush. Don't underestimate what I'm telling you. Please.
