That's a hard one. Oats are definitely better than white bread, but oats are a source of gluten, which is on the "bad" list for acne. I'd eliminate them for awhile and see what happens. Or just have them every 3 or 4 days. You could try Ezekiel bread - it has wheat in it but it's sprouted grain, which acts as a vegetable instead of a grain.
