Re: Some advice

I had bad cystic Acne and sometimes on my scalp as well. I felt like I was never going to have a "life" and I too was very depressed. Doctors put me on every antibotics imaginable and then told me about accutane. When I heard about the side effects....I decided to take my health into my own hands. I tried every herb known to help Acne and I probably could have started my own "vitamin shoppee" lol
It wasn't till I read about food allergies and made the connection to my cravings for wheat/flour products to my acne.
If you crave cereal, bread, pancakes and or donuts and you feel a euphoria after eating it. Then you probably have a problem with it. I also so because of the antibotics and over consumption of Sugar in the bread products developed systematic candida.
So what I suggest is giving up all wheat/flour products. You have to cook all your own food for a week so you can make sure you arent eating wheat. Ear meat, vegetables, rice. Stop taking your vitamins for a week...they might contain wheat or other allergens. Stop drinking caffiene this upsets the bodys natural homeostatis. Slowley give up sugar...it's hard but it will be worth it and afterwards your cravings will be alot less.
Try this for at least a week to see if there is any improvement.
It worked for me. I still get slight Acne but not nearly as bad and NO cystic acne..and none on my scalp.

Also once you stop your offending foods, then look into a Liver Flush and dry body brushing.

Let me know how it goes. Good Luck!!!
