I usually take Flaxseed -2100mg; Evening Primrose - 900mg and Borage Oil- 900mg; 2000mg Cod Liver Oil; 30mg Zinc Gluconate; and Lecithin (about 2100mg)(Or 2 raw egg yolks); 1000iu - Vitamin E.
Of course it varies with different people, you can experiment and have high doses for a while and then cut down. I usually have these supplements twice a day with food. I have also a blend of all of these omega, 3, 6, 9 in a ready made blend of which i keep in the fridge. It is advisable to have it in oil form, but i use gel caps as I dont have time to do this.
As for body/ facial hair- I dont have much. But one thing I have noticed is that people who do have excessive facial hair dont always have acne.
I am very fond of Leo Kiesen's 'Your LAST
Acne Solution', which really helped me. I should be following it religiously to cure my acne..and hope to do so when I get the time.
