Your story seems so similar to mine. What is Lecihin? I have tried the EFA (Pure Flax Oil), Zinc, Vitamin A, Chromium and a few others. I am still using them and they do help. I am not cured though. I need to find the cure. I went camping over the 4th weekend. My goodness! My face broke out (the deep under skin cysts) a few days before going. (It was that time of the month). It was quite embarrasing, as usual to have to try and hide your face. I'm just tired of hiding. Know of any good hormonal Acne fixes? Tweet
