women (and men) with trust issues constantly do that for the fear of losing grip and giving themselves and their heart away and having it ripped out....so we destroy to keep control.

nasty habit it is...sometimes mistaken for gut instinct.
it's a tought one especially when you get told to listen to your heart and your heart has been through so much pain it doesn't even know what to feel....

times like that it's best to take a break from relationships and heal thyself...or stick with it and make sure your partner knows your issues and can whithstand them. either way you'll come out stronger and a better person! for me so far no one has been patient enough of my sabotage, so i've had to be patient with myself. love has had to start within for me :-)
