Like others have said, it is so good to know I am not the only one fighting this battle -- misery loves company????
Interesting to think that the lake of omega oils in our system could be our problem. I am definately going to bump my intake of ground flax seed. And walnuts are another good source. I'm also increasing my intake of greens. I try to make myself a large morning smoothie of fruit, lots of greens, soaked flax seed, and water.
It will be wonderful to get my memory back -- and not blame the lack of it on getting older.
