Re: coconut oil causes sandpaper hands

I'm using Garden of Life. It has a wonderful aroma, and cooks very well. It is organic, and cold pressed. It is perfectly clear when it is liquid and perfectly white when it is solid.

I am curious though if either of you had severe dry skin before you started using coconut oil, the kind of skin with cracks in your legs and rough skin on your hands, or if you had flaky dry skin that tended to go away with a good lotion? Tweet
