Cailin...You can put the coconut oil on toast. Even on top of butter. I have
never stuck with it for a big weight loss. I weigh 127 pounds...but am only 5'...
so even a 2 or 3 pound weight gain makes me feel yucky. So if I gain a couple
of pounds....I eat a slice of toast for breadfast...spread HeartSmart butter on
that...and 1 tsp of coconut oil on top of that...do that twice a day. Then to
even do a better jumpstart on weight loss, put 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tbsp honey
in a cup of very hot water...stir and drink. These things will really help
you lose weight.
I have a low thyroid...tend to retain fluid on occassion...and coconut oil is
good for the thyroid...so I can lose 2-4
pounds in 24 hours using the coconut
oil. HOWEVER...we eat very healthy most days...tons of raw fruits, veggies and
nuts...so my weight gain and loss is mostly fluid. But when your face starts
looking like a bulldog...you don't care what it is...or how it goes...just so it
goes away. :-) I really believe the two things above...combined...would really
benefit a weight loss program. Keep me posted on how you're doing! kathryn
