I'm new to the forum. I originally became interested in coconut oil for it's weight loss properties. I'm thrilled that there are so many other benefits.
I was wondering if any of you are using it for weight loss and how it's been working for you (like how long you've been taking it, how much you take each day and how many pounds you've lost)?
I just started taking it 2 days ago. I do get nauseous when I eat it straight out of the container, so I think I'll start mixing it with food too.
