This morning - no nausea. For breakfast I cooked "fried" half a banana in coconut oil - added coconut milk and a bit more coconut oil. For lunch stawberry yoghurt - the other half of the banana and a dessert spoon of CO. So far - so good. A bit of esophagus discomfort but that's all.
I have never been part of a forum before and did not realise there was so much support from total strangers.
