Well, OK. I found two so far. Eden makes a raw red wine vinegar (why don't I see this anywhere?), and Wilderness Family Naturals' coconut vinegar is raw. The search continues...

That link to making your own was very informative...perhaps on a rainy afternoon I'll give it a go.
