The Omega nutrition vinegar is 'raw' - it still has the vinegar mother in it. unfiltered, undiluted, and unpasteurized.

Most store-bought vinegars are filtered, pasteurized, and diluted to 5-7% acidity.
I, personally, have never seen the vinegar mother in Braggs Vinegar...
