Braggs is raw-unfiltered, and unpasteurized. It appears to have the mother in it, or what is that floating around in it? Others on cure-zone have also recommended this brand. However, I do notice on the Omega that it says it is fermented to be 5% acitity. Braggs bottle says, it is diluted with water to be 5% acitity. So how does this effect the quality. What does this really mean to the effectiveness?
