Re: Healthy sprouted brownies and banana nut bread

I looked at the website about the sprouted spelt and I'd like to order some. Is that where you buy yours from? How is the flavor different from wheat? I saw they had a recipe for spelt bread that doesn't use yeast, have you tried baking bread with it?
