yes i am goin goff the mc tomorow moring, then onto the oj , then will goto apples juiced probably to get ready fo r the liver and start it i think saturday following the 2pm for mat start.
so the actuall flush for me will be on sunday and finish monday am. then light brothes and hopefully onto a spincah sald or so monday luch and hoping baked potatao by monday evening.
then onot doritoes an dpizzas et con turseday lol !!(if you knwo anythign about me you know tha twas a joke! )
actually looking fo rward to a nice oatmeal breakfasst ad soem good fruit with it and cocnut milk and nutmeg cinnamin on it *)
