We admire your patience...can't help but wonder, however, if the time has come to stop casting our pearls...(before the laughing hyena)? I must confess that I was once in a similar position, so won't judge another...just grateful to be delivered from that darkness which strains to cover it over with all the "lol"s. I think we have to be careful about allowing ourselves to get caught up in an endless loop of struggling to persuade those who obviously aren't open to truth at this time, yet who seem to enjoy argument for argument's sake (been there, done that myself). And yes, I've already explored similar avenues and materials as those recommended, so I'm not just a "blind Bible thumper" who hasn't experienced other belief-systems.
