Actually,. the X-Files was just the tip of the iceberg

...on aliens.

Some of the X-Files stories were silly. But there was a kernel of truth mixed in. The government has been hiding the fact it has been secretly dealing with aliens since the early 50s. It's it the biggest, most tightly kept secret there is. Above top secret, in fact.

There are some (the David Ike followers) that believe that the highest echelons of government have been infiltrated and taken over by shape-shifting reptilian aliens bent on world domination. (I guess you guys would call them demons)

Look at Cheney, Rumy, Ashcroft of the evil eye, and if anyone has a reptilian-like glare, it's Laura Bush. George Jr. is too dumb to notice if he's surrounded by lizards, so he doesn't count.

Anyway, I myself am not so sure there are shape-shifting reptilians in control, but that crowd certainly acts like bunch of nasty evil aliens as far as I'm concerned.

Regardless, there is and has been a real alien presence on this world as long as humans have been here. Better get used to the idea.
