Re: Salt water or herbal laxative tea in the morning?

I think I have to do more research and find out. I did see a reference about mothers and breastfeeding on page 1 of this forum - let's see if this link works...(this was the reply to the person's question).

So I was under the impression that of what it says about not doing an extreme fast and I guess I was thinking that since my daughter is 2 and half....well...let's see some days she eats alot and nurses a little and other days nurse's alot and eats a little.

Mostly I was wanting to clean out the bowels. I'm 38 years old and was starting to put on way after being on the lean side most of my life and from what I read many articles generalized that everyone should do a cleanse so and so times a year. I just really want to get healthy again and lose some fat that I never used to have.

Also the past few years I get headaches which I never, ever use to get. Yes, my stress level is higher with a child, but the headaches started before my daughter was conceived. Typically after sleeping or mostly after taking a nap. So I kept thinking I probably have accumulated 'crap' in my system and ought to clean it out.

This is the first time, I've really gotten serious about doing something about it. So, it looks like I still have to read some more before going through with it. Maybe I'll just have to wait awhile.
