I am scheduled to have Surgery to help with my TMJ problem. I have had a scope which did not help at all and now my Surgeon is recommending Intraoral Vertical Ramus Ostoetomy. I would like to hear from anyone that has had this type of surgery. What was the experience like and what were the results.
