Starts with a T and ends with an A would switch the balance a bit. First impressions would be totally different. The T is much softer, yielding, approachable, even shy. Someone you'd go to with your problems when you needed a kind ear.

This person would seek first to find things in common, create relationships and find supporters, before they turned into a leader, which the A does influence them to want to be.
