The way I like to put it is, the first letter is what you come in as, and the last letter is what you go out as. So first impression/last impression, first instincts/second thought instincts. The last letter is also where you tend to pendulum swing, much like a challenge number. And by that I mean the last letter of first name, or the name you are known by. :)
H as the first letter is great for business, as H is 8. D as last letter is 4, also great for business. So this is an all around business guy. He first strikes people as a CEO type who can get anything done, and leaves them with the impression that all his eggs are lined up with more than just one basket! Was he big on briefcases?
If he swung the OTHER way, he would have expressed the downside of the 4 which is never scheduling anything appropriately, constantly losing files, that kind of thing.
His best outlet for frustrations is sports or games with a lot of competition/killer instinct. ;)
