btw if youare only giving her milk for clacium , you willnot get that form coconutmilk or almond milk

6 oz apple juice
3 oz (your choice parsley, or spinach, or kale)
or 10 oz apple plus 5 oz grape plus 1 oz lemon
or 4 oz broccoli plus 9 oz carrots plus 3 oz celery
each of those juiced recipes give 16 oz of drink/ all giv emore calcium than a 8 oz glass of dairy milk..
