I'm lucky to get organic pasture raised raw milk and I'm thriving on it (as well as making it into kefir yoghurt and yummy cheeses). My next choice I guess would be organic/unpasteurised goat's milk. And if I couldn't get those, I'd have coconut milk (which I do anyway, yum yum), homemade almond milk and sesame milk.

Basically I'd stay away from anything processed. I wonder about the rice milk too. I don't know how they make it. And then, what do they add to it?
