Wife was scared of my first flush.

Hi everybody.

On the advice of a few members on this board the other day they said to "JUST DO IT", my first flush that is. So I got busy, this morning had a no-fat breakfast, went out to a organic farm market for the stuff I needed. I bought psyllium husks, stone free, lots of grapefruit, Bentonite clay, vit c(powdered), & ornithine caps. At pharm got Epsom Salts , & enema. Two different natural stores did not have gold coin grass. Cost of above materials a little over $100.

When I got home I showed the wife some of the stuff I got. She got real nervous. She was concerned about the Epsom Salts being taken orally, & I showed her how on the label it's used as a laxative taken orally, she felt better. Then she mentioned how a stone could get stuck on it's way out especially if it's too big. I told her that's what the es is for. Then I showed her the bottle of stone free. Told her it's for breaking down stones, she felt better. But she & I both realize that this stone free should be taken for awhile prior to flush. After all, I didn't want to lie to her.

When I got home with this stuff I was getting ready for a light lunch & fast at 2:00, & the rest we all know. But just so my wife feels better about this we both decided to delay the flush & go with the correct percedures, that is by Clark's standards do the kid/ parasite cleanse first along with colon cleanse.

But as I have mentioned before, I'm not in real bad pain as I was 4 years ago. I noticed since I lost a little weight & watching what I eat I'm doing better.I mean I'm almost always in some kind of pain but not nearly as bad when it all started.

Would like to ask a couple of questions while I'm here. Late yesterday I tried a teaspoon of oo, & when I went to bed after only a short time I could actually feel what I guest was a stone moving around, anybody experienced this? And would one recommend doing this once or maybe twice daily?

Afew years ago when I was at my worst pain I thought I hurt myself at work, but only just recently I think it was the stones. Had all kinds of tests for maybe a fractured rib or muscular related, all came back negative. But when I think back when I was at my worst I noticed when I made sudden little movements such as swatting at a fly with my arm, or turning my torso too quickly like 1/2", had excruciating pain. Has anybody experienced this? This was a everyday occurance with me for @3 1/2 years. Some of you might be thinking did I go to other doctors. Yes I did, many, also the er a few times. Not one thought it to be stones.

One more question. My ultasound showed multitude stones. Does this mean calcified ones?

Thank's everyone for your time, can you answer my questions & comment on my decision to delay the flush, I think I'm doing the right thing.

Pat

ps: forgot to mention, when I was at both health foods store I spoke to both owners & asked them if people come in here with gall stone problems & if they recommend flushing. They said yes, quite a few come in here & they both appove of flushing. My wife felt better when she heard that.
