Yes i remember the days (2/16/03) when I started. Ended up buying a lot of stuff. Not knowing what system I really was going to follow.

I just jumped in to doing the flush, a lot of people do this, and it worked out fine. Just pick one of the livercleanses which are mentioned.

About 2-3 months later I had done a lot of reading different forums
and did the Bowel Cleanse and kidney cleanse.

So take your time learning everything and just start the livercleanse.

My head was spinning with the information overload.
