Keep watching the toilet, and I would suggest not assuming that you are stone-free until you've done at least a few flushes - they might be lodged deeper and will move down over time. I've done 2 flushes so far and got out the best stones on the 2nd day. My first flush also seemed just mildly productive, with mostly bright green and olive-colored waxy stones, but on the 2nd flush (and mostly the 2nd day - after I thought I was done passing stones), they were larger and mostly tan in color, which from what I've read here, means that they are older and more toxic. God knows what I'll see on #3. I feel slightly less congested in my liver/gallbladder area after this second flush, and my "gallbladder" headaches are still there, but I've noticed they are less intense and sometimes will clear on their own, even when I think I'm headed toward a bad one. I'm going for improvement with ovarian cysts/endometriosis, as well, so I'm guessing I've got a good year of flushing ahead of me. I got pretty nauseous with my last flush, but obviously it's worth 24-36 hours of discomfort for these kinds of results, and I plan to do them monthly until I stop seeing stones. I'm on the thin side, as well, so I think I will cut back on the amount of oil next time, as you are planning to do. Good luck! Hope your next one is productive! Tweet
