First flush.....so far so good!!

HI! Well I took my 1st dose of Epsom Salts almost 2 hours ago, I am due for my 2nd here in about 20 minutes. I must say it was a piece of cake! I had no problems drinking it whatsoever. I think maybe it was because I was expecting the worst. I also added grapefruit and lemon juice to it. I think if I didn't, it definitely would have been horendous. So that is it so far. I feel my bowels are churning a bit right now but I haven't had to use the bathroom yet. I'm sure after the second dose I will need to.
