It sounds like you had a pretty good first flush. Last week I had a lot of that olive oil taste in my mouth and was quite nauseated. I sucked on a tiny piece of peppermint candy. It seemed to help. I just read a suggestion from Fil to put peppermint oil on a cloth and sniff it for nausea, I plan on trying that next time. If you keep feeling weak or sick try a warm water enema with at least a quart of water. It will quickly flush out the toxins that may be reabsorbed through your bowel. You will learn what works for you through trial and error as you keep flushing.
