Thank you for the detailed reply. Your nieces' cases sound very much like my daughter's. It all started as Acne on face and heat rash on body when she was 10 days old. She now has thick layered skin all over her body. She has been diagnosed with hereditary eczema too(I have dust allergy and my husband's family has eczema).

I am bathing her everyday, but noticing the flareup becoming worse after sometime. I am now suspecting that the water we get might be chemicially treated.

After reading your message, I am hopeful that I'll be able to get back her beautiful skin if I take care of the three factors you have mentioned. Thank you again.
