I was just reading the previous post - eating no carbs at all is not good!!!! No wonder you feel so weak!!! If nothing else, eat millet, the best of all the grains you can eat on BED. :)
Did you look in the
Blood Type Diet part? The book doesn't say too much about it in particular but it helped me a lot - what not to eat - let me find the link for the food list.

I completely agree with you: the 20/80 rule is way too harsh! For me is more like 50/50... :) I still didn't get to the point to love eating that kind of food and I don't know when that time will come... I feel good, light after eating, my digestion is 100 times better than before, my skin looks sooo good - still I can't take my mind off of chocolate and jam and things like that... I just read a book about being
Sugar addict - well, that's me. I did a little test and didn't eat anything with
Sugar or sweetener, not even fruit or dairy for 2 days - the 3rd day I could not get out of bed, I was so shaky and weak it was scary. 2 spoonfuls of honey cured that in 1/2 hour. So for me doing this diet is much harder than you can imagine - but I'm trying hard because I can feel the goodness of it right away.
Keep the cultured veggies going - very good for you!!!
