It is possible that the indents are caused by losing weight, have you lost a significant amount? It's difficult to say what the skin issues are, is it accompanied by redness on the surface of the skin, or a rash - or is it internal?
Back to the lymph issue - it couldn't hurt to try improving lymph flow. Try rebounding, have you got a rebounder (mini trampoline)? They're not expensive. Very easy to fit into your day, doesen't take too much time or effort. And dry skin brushing, before showering. Also blast the water onto cold for the last minute or two of your shower if you can stand it. Regardless of whether your problem is lymph related, these are good things to do for your general health anyway. Drink lots of water to flush everything too.
