Are my lymph nodes swollen? really tender and sensitive below bellybutton and down to legs..

Someone told me that my lymph nodes could be swollen on a different board. Ever since wednesday night I have been very sore and tender from right below my bellybutton down to top of my upper legs. It goes across actually as well,like below my bellybutton whole way across both ways and down to top of upper legs. when i walk it really hurts cause its so sore and my clothes are rubbing up against it. i thought itd go away but going on day 4 now...

i wanna call my doctor..
