Re: Are my lymph nodes swollen? really tender and sensitive below bellybutton and down to legs..
Hi Kevin
You've probably been told this by someone else by now, but what you're experiencing could be a cleansing reaction, some kind of a healing crisis, if you have been cleaning up your diet lately. Skin irritation/soreness/rashes etc are very common when your body is adjusting to a healthier diet and expelling toxins, and healing reactions usually make you feel like crap for a while before you start to feel better, but don't let that make you abandon your effeorts, you're on the right track. A lot of us had to deal with some icky symptoms before we started to feel better. I'd also get tested for allergies, if you haven't already. If you want to help your lymphatic system, dry skin brushing and exercise like walking or even better rebounding will help. Have you tried detoxing baths?
I very quickly went through a few of your previous posts on the other forum and I noticed you asked about eating chinese - of course it's best not to, but if you do, make sure you ask them to leave out the MSG, most of them will (you may have been advised to do this already).
Don't get discouraged, keep making the improvements and you should start to feel better soon.
