I started the rebounder this morning. Having done a Liver Flush this weekend, and getting relatively NOTHING out...not even sludge, but did have diarrhea and a couple of intestinal flukes out. But, I knew not opening pandora's box would only make me feel worse, and it has to a degree. This morning I'm even more short of breath. I've been trying to open the lymphatics up by drinking Chickweed tea, which is supposed to help open up lymphatics.

Then, I'm going to purchase Dr. Christopher's Colon Cleanse next time in the store (ASAP). I'm trying not to do too much, as you suggested, so that I don't create more problems with a herxheimer's reaction, which I did do that, and it made me feel so bad. I started juicing and didn't realize I was causing my liver to detoxify so fast. I was using carrots as well as celery, spinach, and BEETS! I felt awful so have abandoned that as well. All these healthful things that people are able to use that God gave us for healing...I am not able to use yet I guess because I am SO toxic. This last weekend was our (my husband does this with me) 11th liver flush. The last four I have gotten relatively nothing out. My stools are still brown, though, so I know I'm at least getting SOME bile.

I was taking the Chinese bitters...I ordered the whole group that Julia Chang sends out to detoxify my liver. I took them for a week and stopped because even though I really wasn't getting a reaction to them from my liver, I felt it was making my burping and my digestion worse, so gave myself a break from it.

Andreas Moritz suggested that I sip hot water every half an hour throughout the day for lymphatic drainage. He suggested that the weakness in my left arm, which feels like bursitis pain and is painful when I massage it, is actually a result of a colon stricture as well. He told me that my trip to the ER for tachycardia was because of lymphatic congestion. (I had an EKG and holter monitor after trip to ER--nothing). They thought maybe I was having a reaction to the parasite cleanse (wormwood, cloves, and Black-Walnut hulls). They didn't have an answer. That was a dark day for me, but God brought me through. So, I've had THREE colonics. I have felt good in some ways after the colonic, but I felt it put me into more of a healing crisis for whatever reason. My second colonic I got blood in my stool afterwards, only once though. All my life I have been relatively constipated.

I feel like I have not been able to open whatever blockage is creating this problem. I also believe it has gotten worse since I've started flushing. About my fourth cleanse I felt so wonderful after the cleanse for ONE blessed week. All my symptoms went away that week and were back afterwards. Since I haven't been able to pass many stones, my symptoms seem to be getting worse. I feel like I have a blockage somewhere.

Also, I might add that other than the three colonics I have had I have not had a true colon cleanse. I am a little weary and uncertain which way to go.

Nothing I have done so far seems to help. I've even read Jethro Kloss's Back to Eden to find out what natural way to heal is. He suggests cold morning baths, and as of yet, I simply cannot tolerate the cold like that. But, I am working on it.

Also, I am living with my mother and her water is well water, not good water. We have a water reverse osmosis, but I don't trust it. I see rust in the bath water and I think that is like getting a bath of heavy metals. The rust is from a stainless steel casing in the well.

But somedays I panic because I am afraid that I am failing at succeeding. So thank you for your encouragment. You said that I am going at breakneck speed (not your exact words), and I don't know what the secret is. But when I find it, I will be sharing and singing the praises of my success with others. I will be taking your advice and try to stick with the simple things until things ease up.
