Re: Linda...Here's what you need to do!!!
Kathryn:
I just now found the message your wrote. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am copying it now and will read it through the day to make sure I digested everything (pun!). I have a rebounder, but just have done NO exercise whatsoever since my Dad died six months ago. Not sure why other than depression. I will get going on it now, as I want so bad to get well.
After posting the above, I am still short of breath...but it is not on exertion. It's just at periodic times through the day. I've always been athletic until recently and am only about 10 lbs overweight. When allergic to anything in the past, it always affected my heart (heart palpitations). I really don't think I have a heart condition, but I think my digestive problems are definitely affecting my heart.
Not hearing from you, I ordered
Oxypowder and am now like others afraid to proceed with that. It attracted me to it because it has only ONE ingredient in it and I thought it would help me without giving me a reaction. There are times in my past when I seemed to react to everything, and then other times when I would be completely well (I was in a 13 year really bad abusive marriage).
Along with the poor lymphatic drainage, I have pain in my left breast as well as a lump. I am fearful of it, have scheduled an appointment with my doctor...why I'm not sure, because I am not a chemotherapy person (always natural healing for me), but also, with the stress I have been under with digestive problems, a bad diagnosis I think would drive me over the edge. I have faith in God, which sustains me, though.
Thank you for your response to me, and may God bless you.
Linda
