Re: You are completely incoherent, Pearl

How do you plan to help people by telling them lies? I don't know anything about how many chiropractors you have seen or what your condition is; maybe you could answer those while you're here. I'll be the first one to say that not all chiropractors are good, but there are lots of great ones too. For you to basically tell everyone here that chiropractic will harm him or her without providing any shred of insight or citing any evidence to support your claims is just irresponsible and dangerous. I’m sorry that the chiropractor(s) couldn’t help you, and I would like to comment further on that but I can’t without knowing some specifics. Frankly, you have demonstrated such little knowledge about chiropractic that I have my doubts about anything you have said is much more than a fabrication.

As for my agenda, I don’t really have one. I’m not a chiropractor; I’m a chiropractic student. I came across this forum while searching for something unrelated on google, and after reading some of the posts I felt that they warranted a response from someone who has some knowledge about chiropractic that many of you do not. I’m not “defending chiropractors” by refuting what you have said, I’m only telling the truth and pointing out what’s false in your writings. I have seen and met many people who could only be helped by chiropractic, some of whom otherwise wouldn’t be here today. I have read case study after case study where patients have come to chiropractic as a last resort because no one else could help them (even other chiropractors). People who’s quality of life is infinitely better all because the chiropractor was able to find and correct a subluxation of C7 PLI-La or, a PIEX left ilium with a 6mm leg deficiency on the same side. There’s children who are alive and healthy today because their chiropractor found and corrected an AS condyle subluxation that no other kind of doctor is even qualified to look for.

Strange thing about condyle subluxations, of all of the case studies I have ever read I have never seen a case where an adult had a condyle subluxation. I asked one of the staff doctors why this is, and he told me that he asked the very same question to his mentor who is also on staff. They concluded that this reason is because those with a condyle subluxation don’t make it to adulthood.

People like those I mentioned are the reason why I want to be the best chiropractor I can be. That’s why I study Gonstead and strive to duplicate his work. It’s the reason why I go to the Gonstead seminars to learn from the best chiropractors in the world. It’s why I skip my lunch break to be in Gonstead Club and learn with the other few students who also skip their lunch, because they feel the same way that I do. I do this because people are sick and they need my help, they need a good chiropractor.

So maybe I have an agenda after all, to help others. Sound familiar? Well there’s one big difference, I actually mean it when I say it.
