i love your answer here (seriously ) the part about your body is telling you something/are you listening?
some of what were my favorite foods/thru the years i found that now just the thought of them and remembering the effects they ahd on me/ does quite well in helping me pass a temporary quick urge.
I woudl rather go home and fix something good that hit the drive thrus. I am so happy my kids follow this idea also. I still will have a small (very ) treat now and then, like a brownie, in about 1/4 -1/8 normal size and i knwoeven that much is gonna make me pay the piper 8) I am a fairly strict vegetarian and non dairy natural herbs per son btw and also only use canola and esp olive oil instead of margarine over potatoes with basil and oregano etc/
so I don't often tip the wagon. i know I get run over when I do *smile *
