Are you doing anything besides Liver Cleanses to remedy the Lupus? If so, would you share your experiences? I have Lupus (actually they call it polyendocrine autoimmune disorder, so it's more than Lupus) but I'm doing well with it. But sure would like to get my thyroid, Lupus, etc, systems in order to at least prevent further decline. I've never done a cleanse, so any advice would be appreciated. Do I need to do the parasite and kidney cleanses first? Where do I find info on The Master Cleanse and when do you do that in relation to the others? Basically, can you help me start and point me to what I should be reading to educate myself? Thank you so much! (Also, has anyone used a product called Primal Defense?)
