Today is my third day on it. I haven't had mucoid plaque, I don't think. I've had rubbery rope looking things come out of me, that smell way different from what usually comes out of me (ewwww). But I don't know if this is considered mucoid plaque because it is brown like my regular stool, not black as some say it is supposed to be. As far as juice, I'd go for the store bought natural kind, it's not best, but it's second best. As far as how long people do this, that's something I'm trying to figure out myself. From what I've been reading it varies person to person. I guesss you can tell by what you pass. If you feel lighter and better and not passing plaque, I guess that's a sign you're done. But you may wanna read more on that. AS far as probiotics, I don't have a clue. I've had questions about that myself. Oh, and I like helping! I'm kind of new to this stuff, I've been reading alot and have a ton of new found knowledge I like to share with others. All my friends think I'm weird now with all these bowel cleanses, fasts, and liver flushes. He he. They're all still stuck on eating McDonalds. Me? I say the younger you start the better.
